Capcom has announced positive half-year financial results for the period ending on September 30th.
Sales were up just over 55 per cent year-over-year, bringing in around $570m net.
Resident Evil 6 shipped (not sold) 3.7m units during the period, with Dragon’s Dogma adding over 1m sales itself.
The firm’s digital numbers were very strong, pulling in $438m – a 69 per cent increase from the same period in 2011.
The one letdown for Capcom was its arcade department, which saw a seven per cent decline as a result (at least in part) of the closing of two locations owned by the publisher.
