CLG signs three Hearthstone players

Counter Logic Gaming has signed three top Hearthstone players, seemingly in an attempt to play in the new ESL League.

Sebastian "Xixo" Bentert, Frederik "Hoej" Nielsen and Kim "Surrender" Jung-soo are the new CLG Hearthstone roster, and were all formerly a part of NaVi.

NaVi dropped its entire roster late last year, leaving the players searching for a new organisation at a time when few organisations were looking to recruit Hearthstone stars. However ESL’s new Hearthstone team league seems to have revitalised the scene, with more than a few teams picking up players to compete.

"After talking to a lot of esport organizations it’s been clear pretty fast that CLG was the best fit,” said Sebastian "Xixo" Bentert. “I’m super excited to keep working with my teammates Surrender and Hoej and join the CLG family. CLG provides us everything we need to practice the best we can and I’m convinced that by the end of the year we can eliminate any doubts regarding us being the best Hearthstone squad in the world."
