Remake set for later this year; DK Forever coming to PC, PS3, 360

3D Realms working on XBLA Duke Nukem

3D Realms has told the Dallas Business Journal that it is currently working on bringing the classic PC title Duke Nukem 3D to Xbox Live Arcade.

In an e-mail exchange with the outlet, 3D Realms president Scott Miller said: "We’re really excited about bringing classic Duke to the 360. We’re talking to Microsoft about getting a release slot sometime this year."

Also announced during the interview was that Duke Nukem Forever is set for a 2008 release and, while saying that no platforms had been announced formally, Miller added: "But, of course, hitting the big three – PC, PS3, 360 – makes the most sense."
