Analysis: The recruitment problem

In today’s blog post, Aardvark Swift recruitment manager and Search for a Star programme manager Hollie Heraghty offers an overview of the issues facing recruiters looking to harness the potential of the UK university system.

"We currently have a problem in the UK development industry," suggested Heraghty in her blog.
