Audio tool company Audiokinetic has announced a partnership with Gamebryo vendor Emergent that bundles its Wwise software with the game engine for free.
The offer, which is available until June 30th, comes following Audiokinetc’s joining the Emergent Partners Program earlier this year. The two said they had "decided to take this partnership a step further by bundling Wwise and Gamebryo into a single product offering".
As part of the promotion, customers who buy Gamebryo will receive Wwise automatically and for free – while existing Gamebryo customers who have an active and valid support contract will qualify to use Wwise for the development of their game for free as well.
