Procedural city generator also gets performance enhancements

CityEngine now Mac, Windows x64 compatible

Procedural Inc’s CityEngine has just been upgraded, adding support for Macs and 64-bit Windows machines.

The tool, which procedurally generates cities based on rule grammars, has also added support for ATi video cards, city-layer editing and ‘several minor improvements’.

“We are happy that our Mac friends are now able to benefit from the huge advantages of the CityEngine,” said Pascal Mueller, CEO of Procedural.
