Develop 100: 27 UK games hardware and tools named in Tech List

Industry experts have voted 27 UK-made games tech and tools into the latest Develop 100.

As voted for by our game industry judges, that included studio CTOs and indies, an array of development tools, from game engines, rendering tools to animation software and facial capture tech made the list.

The top UK tech was the Raspberry Pi, which beat stiff competition from the likes of Unreal Engine 4, Unity, PS4, Oculus and Xbox One to take first place.

Other highly placed UK-built tech included Morpheme with Euphora (6th), Enlighten (8th) and ARM Mali (33rd).
