Dan Houser, Vice President of Rockstar Games, has bought a house once owned by Truman Capote for $12.5 million dollars.
The house is located in Brooklyn heights, and the pricetag is the highest in history anywhere outside of Manhattan, according to mainstream media outlet The Observer.
"If there was any question that video games had surpassed films, music and books for cultural—to say nothing of economic—primacy, this should bring it to an end," reads the article.
Though the purchase was anonymous, the mortgage names a condo in Soho owned by Houser, who moved to New York in 2008 to create Rockstar with his brother.
