More than 80 artist set to attend celebration of video game culture

iam8bit exhibit returns in June

iam8bit, the annual exhibition celebrating the art and design of video games returns this June.

The iam8bit exhibition will feature over 80 artists intends to bring the video game art to the public.

The iam8bit Entertainment System runs from Friday, June 7th to 30th.

The opening night for this art exhibition is open from 7:00 to 11:00pm at the iam8bit Gallery on 2147 W Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles.

“iam8bit has evolved throughout the years to showcase awesome art, and recreate the most nostalgic moments of our childhood – the ultimate in fantasy fulfilment for all fans in attendance,” said co-curator Jon M. Gibson.

iam8bit Entertainment System
has took place for number of years at Gallery Nineteen Eighty Eight and takes its inspiration from 1980s gaming.

Last year, video games were inducted into New York’s Museum of Modern Art.
