The mobile analytics program Kontagent has announced it is extending support to developers using Unity 3d.
The game engine boasts over 800,000 registered developers, and Kontagent now offers a plug-in that will provide in-depth analysis for mobile developers on the platform.
“Game design analytics can be a powerful tool to fine tune games,” said David Helgason, CEO of Unity Technologies. “We’re pleased that a leading analytics solution such as Kontagent’s kSuite now supports Unity.”
Kontagent can provide information about player lifetime and average session length, and the company claims the SDK makes the software’s API easy to integrate.
“We added Unity support so that developers can better manage their time and resources, focusing on doing what they do best: building best-in-class games for the expanding mobile audience," said Fredric Newberg, CTO at Kontagent.
The San Fransisco based company was founded in 2007, and says its platform currently tracks more than 1,000 applications
