Bradley Crooks has been named as the new studio head of Kuju London.
He joins the studio from EA, where he worked in both publishing and production on the likes of Crysis, Black & White 2, The Godfather and The Sims franchise. Previously he worked in New Media and the Film Industry and has 15 years experience in the entertainment sector.
Kuju London is responsible for the Battalion Wars games developed for the Wii (and previously GameCube) and published by Nintendo.
Jonathan Newth, corporate development officer for Kuju commented: “Bradley brings a broad range of skills and experience to Kuju so this is a great appointment for us. We have had a successful 2007 and now with Bradley joining us it really puts our London studio in the position to become a real force in games development.”
Kuju London is based in the heart of London on the South Bank, near the Tate Modern.
Crooks commented: “I’m looking forward to being a part of the great team of people that make up the studio in London. We’re working on some really innovative projects at the moment and are well placed to take advantage of consumers changing appetite for games and the growing success of new types of game consoles and interfaces.”
