German team Twintime already has government fund backing for prototype game

New studio opens in Hamburg

A new games studio has opened in Hamburg, Germany, with a games prodicer and film director amongst its founder members.

Called Twintime, the new outfit has already scored prototype funding from the city of Hamburg, and the team has bold aspirations – it wants to revolutionise the action adventure genre.

The company was founded by games producer Dieter Echert, computer scientist Lars Hodum, film director Stefan Bronneke, software architect Michael Mlenthin.

Along with their production staff they are working on Odessa Twins, an adventure title for PC and consoles – the prototype for the game is set for its first public showing early next year.
