Eleven categories available for submission, awards to be held in March 2016

Nominations open for Game Connection America 2016 Awards

The Game Connection Development Awards is once again opening up for submissions for the next edition of Game Connection.

The event runs from March 14th to 16th, and will be held at San Francisco’s AT&T Park.

The awards give new and independent developers looking for investment or partners a priceless opportunity to have their game seen and evaluated by some of the most influential people in the industry.

Please note that the deadline for submission is January 5th, 2016. Be aware that, due to time constaints at the beginning of next year, no time extension will be given.

The contest is open to all games with no restriction on genre, platform or distribution method. Entrants must however be looking for partners or investment.

Each of the nominees will receive a free pass to attend Game Connection America 2016 so that they can join us at the award ceremony that will take place on the opening day of the event.

Nominees will also have their project promoted to tens of thousands of video game professionals (including thousands of publishers, distributors and investors looking for new projects) before the event via the press and Game Connection’s personal network.

During the show the nominees will also have a dedicated space on the showfloor. This will enable them to attract potential partners and investors over the three days as well as give them more opportunity to showcase their project.

Winners of the awards will receive coverage and promotion via the media and Game Connection’s extensive network after the awards ceremony.

The amount of visibility that nominees and winners receive before, during and after the show makes the Game Connection Development awards the perfect launch pad for games – previous winners include Loading Human from Untold Games, White Night from Osome Studio, Panzer Pets from Gamundo, Little Warlock from Storm Potion and many more.
