Remedy working on two games – and neither is Alan Wake

Remedy Games is to work on two games simultaneously for the first time in its history.

Since its inception, the Max Payne, Alan Wake and Quantum Break creator has traditionally developed a single project at once, launching Max Payne and its sequel in 2001 and 2003 respectively, Alan Wake and spin-off American Nightmare in 2010 and 2012, and Quantum Break this year.

Moving forward, we want to create more games and hopefully get them out more often,” head of communications Thomas Puha sainon the studio’sblog. In order to achieve this, Remedy has expanded into two game development teams.

However, Puha made sure to cut off rumours at the head and confirm neither game is a third entry in the Alan Wake franchise.

Develop has more details on that.
