Sega to publish former Lionhead outfit Two Point Studios

Sega Europe have annouced that they will be publishing games created by Surrey based Two Point Studios.

Two Point Studios is run by Gary Carr and co-founder of the now defunct Lionhead Studios, Mark Webley. The deal is part of the new drive from Sega Europe to find new IPs to bring to market with great development.talent behind them. Two Point certainly have that given the pedigree of games like Theme Park, Theme Hospital and Black & White developed by Carr and Webley over the years.

"We’ve been talking to Two Point Studios for a long time and are really impressed with their vision," said Sega Europe’s senior vice president of commercial publishing, John Clark. "We’re delighted to announce our partnership and look forward to revealing more about the project early next year.”

"We feel confident that we can create something special, and realise our vision of crafting a beautiful, charming and challenging sim game,” added Two Point Studios’ Carr.
