Xbox and Microsoft’s Lift London studio has moved to congratulate and praise its in house indie team DLaLa for being nominated for the both the New Studio and Independent Studio accolades for the coming Develop Awards.
“It’s fantastic to see the team at DLaLa receive these prestigious Develop nominations and a proud moment for both myself and all of Lift London to be part of this Studio’s development. Congratulations to AJ, Craig and the rest of the DLaLa team," said Lee Schuneman, studio head at Lift London.
"This is an incredibly proud moment for us," added AJ Grand-Scrutton, chief creative officer at DLaLa. "In the last year we’ve gone from a couple of broke guys in our mum’s garages to six slightly less broke guys in London.
"It’s a real honour to pick up these two nominations, considering the companies we are amongst in these categories. We want to thank our team, the guys who worked on Janksy and also Lee and all of Lift London for taking our little studio under their wing. Bring on year two.”
