Publisher aims to sign more games at November 12th event

505 Games seeks new IP at Interface

505 Games is back at Interface next month and looking forward to connecting with the “unsung heroes of UK development”.

The publisher attended the first Interface in May this year where it signed a new title.

“Interface was a really productive event for 505 Games,” commented head of global brand, Tim Woodley.

“505 will jump at any chance to witness first-hand the innovation and creativity and above all the individual journeys of the unsung heroes of the UK development community – those smaller, and in many cases, micro-developers who are doing whatever it takes to see their vision realised.”

Woodley added: ”505 Games signed a really exciting project from Interface and are proud and thrilled to be able to help one of those teams achieve their dream.”

505 games joins a number of other publishers, including Channel 4’s All 4 Games, Kiss and Sold Out who are all looking for new signings at Interface.

Brought to you by MCV and Develop, Interface will take place on Thursday November 12th at St Mary’s Church, near Baker Street and Marylebone Tube/Train stations. The interactive content marketplace, which combines funding advice, private pitching, conference sessions, games showcasing and more, returns after a successful May debut which attracted some 300 games professionals.

Interface is structured to be as affordable as possible for games businesses of all sizes, with the basic indie expo pass free and indie tickets for the meeting system (which guarantees you a day’s schedule of private meetings with publishers looking to sign new games) priced at £59 +VAT. Indie game expo spaces are £199 + VAT and include involvement in the meeting system.

For publishers and larger studios, an expo pass is £20 + VAT, and the meeting system rate is £149 + VAT. Publishers looking to host meetings for the day pay £500 + VAT.

The Interface Meeting System is at the heart of the day, with private meetings between delegates and hosts. NewBay Media take all the details of attendees and hosts and matchmake them, based on requirements and needs. Plus there’s a conference and public expo running throughout the day.

You can book tickets to the event here, and find out more via www.interface.events.
