New Year, New Job 2015: Annual competition returns as part of agency's Grads In Games initiative

Aardvark Swift opens Search For A Star 2015

Applications are now open for Aardvark Swift’s Search For A Star, the recruitment specialists yearly competition to find the future talent of games development.

Students merely need to fill in the online application form. It’s recommended that applicants have a strong academic background, a good knowledge of C++ and, of course, a healthy interest in video games.

The deadline for applications is Thursday, January 15th, 2015.

Aardvark Swift is also calling for course leaders to recommend final year and Masters students for the competition, and will even be visiting roughly 100 universities around the UK to further promote the venture.

Non-final year students can enter the similar Sumo Digital Rising Star competition.

Search For A Star is part of Aardvark Swift’s Grads In Games tour, which kicked off back in October. Over the course of the last month and a half, the agency and partners Microsoft visited 3,000 students from 60 universities.
