25 billionth download purchaser could win a $10,000 gift card

App Store nears 25 billion downloads

There have been nearly 25 billion downloads from the App Store, Apple has announced.

To celebrate this landmark, there will be a drawing for a $10,000 App Store gift card.

It is not necessary to make a download or purchase to enter the competition. Full rules and details can be found on iTunes.
