Dare to be Digital, the student games development competition, has scored another big-name sponsor: Autodesk.
The 3ds Max and Maya firm will provide the competition with over 100 licences to its software for the competing teams to use, and the deal includes not just the aforementioned apps but also its newer 3D program Mudbox.
Dare to be Digital's competition has been running for the past few weeks and will soon culminate with a showcase of the entries at the Edinburgh Interactive Festival.
