CEDEC 2012 speaker call deadline nears

Those looking to speak at Japanese games development conference CEDEC have just under a week left to submit their speaker submissions.

A Monday, March 19th deadline has been set for speaker submissions. The event’s organiser is looking to host sessions taking five distinct formats: sessions (60 minutes), panel discussions (60 minutes), roundtables (60 minutes), short sessions (20 or 30 minutes), and interactive sessions.

CEDEC serves as the largest developer-focused event in the country, which remains one of the most culturally significant centers of games development globally. CEDEC takes place from August 20th to 22nd this year in Yokohama, Japan. Organised by the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association, the event expects to offer attendees over 200 sessions.

Those looking to submit a session proposal can do so at the relevant area of the event’s official website.
