Only two months to go if you want to apply for the racing studio's placement service

Deadline given for Eutechnyx’s Level Up graduate scheme

Eutechnyx is calling for students and graduates to apply for this year’s Level Up initiative by the end of March.

The studio’s Level Up placement and graduate scheme is designed to help young people and new talent fast track their fledgling career in games development.

The venture covers various disciplines, including games and technology programming, games and 2D graphic design, art and animation. It also covers broader fields such as web, server and network programming, as well as marketing, community management and live operations.

Successful applicants will receive training and mentoring from Eutechnyx’s team, and be given the chance to work on real projects, such as Eutechnyx’s racing games such as NASCAR and Auto Club Revolution, mobile title Warhammer 40,000: Storm of Vengeance or its commercial division ZeroLight, which makes virtual showrooms.

Graduates are able to apply to Level Up throughout the year, but applicants for the next round of placements must submit their applications by March 31st. All they need to do is email their CV, a cover letter and a portfolio or demo to levelup@eutechnyx.com.

"The Level Up scheme gives students and graduates a chance to not just break into the games and technology industry, but to excel in it," said recruitment and HR co-ordinator Erin Turnbull.

"Our #IDidItHere campaign is full of examples of the personal successes that talented young people can find at Eutechnyx via the scheme. It’s a key part of our recruitment strategy, with lots of our current senior team coming into the business via it and contributing to our long term goals for the business."
