Event organisers promise the broadest, deepest and most diverse lecture set yet

Develop Conference flaunts complete speaker list

The entire wide-ranging list of industry speakers are now locked in for next week’s Develop Conference in Brighton.

Event organisers are promising this year’s event to boast the broadest, deepest and most diverse set of speakers yet. Highlights include industry professionals from Sony, Double Fine, Channel 4, BBC Worldwide, BioWare, Rare, Activision, Ninja Theory, Unity Technologies, Pixar, PopCap and Lionhead.

The three-day event – beginning on Tuesday July 13th – will include nine keynotes and over 85 sessions. Currently over 1,200 attendees are scheduled to attend, and each will have a great variety of session themes to choose from – from motion control to 3D gaming, freemium content, mobile and online business, tax breaks, lighting and sound engineering and PR.

“With the launch of new technologies, the rapid rise of new formats and the increasing diversity of new methods of development, sales and distribution, Europe no longer has a ‘traditional’ games industry as such,” said event director Andy Lane.

“That’s why this year’s Develop in Brighton Conference looks way beyond ‘traditional’ gaming to offer our most varied content and extensive networking social calendar to date.”
