Develop Quiz: Can you name these Newcastle games?

The Develop Quiz is coming to Newcastle next week, but how well do you know the local studios?

Video game developers have been setting up shop in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and the surrounding area for decades now, making titles that are known to gamers around the world, such as Driver (pictured above).

We’ve picked out six of the most recent (and not so recent) examples below – can you name them? More importantly, can you name the studio that developed them?

At the risk of giving you a hint, notable studios in the area include Ubisoft Reflections, Eutechnyx and Pitbull Studio (now Epic Games UK) – all of whom have signed up for The Develop Quiz on Wednesday, September 3rd.

If you want to join them, simply contact Jess.Farnan@intentmedia.co.uk or call her on 01992 535646.

The Develop Quiz will be held at The Charles Grey, and attendees will be treated to a night of devilish questions, free booze and top notch pub grub. There will be some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including a shiny trophy for the winners.

The Newcastle quiz is sponsored by Ubisoft Reflections. To find our more about sponsorship opportunities, contact Alex.Boucher@intentmedia.co.uk, or call him on 01992 515303.
