Ubisoft-owned strategy specialist BlueByte is taking the Anno series in a new direction.
The publisher showed off both a teaser trailer and a brief gameplay demo of Anno 2205, which takes players with building futuristic cities on Earth.
However, the ultimate goal is to build a civilisation capable of space travel and then to colonise the moon.
No other details were given, but Anno 2205 is almost certainly headed for PC. A beta will apparently go live later this year.
