Californian tech company Fork Particle has released a new PC/Xbox Live Arcade version of its VFX solution, the Fork Particle Visual Effects SDK Complete.
The solution is comprised of an authoring studio and run-time engine, which allows for powerful visual debugging and live tweaking of effects.
