The organisers of the San Francisco Game Connection, which takes place alongside GDC this year, are preparing to welcome a number of high profile companies from across the industry.
Attendees representing Capcom Interactive, Chillingo, Electronic Arts Partners, Google, Konami, Microsoft Game Studios, Nintendo, THQ and Ubisoft have confirmed their attendence, along with numerous other high profile publishers, developers, distributors and financiers
The networking event, which will be held from March 1st to 3rd, focuses on meetings and sessions that aim to help to secure financing and production agreements. It is also designed to assist outsourcers, service providers and tech companies in making links with studios and publishers.
"Professionals from the entertainment and video game industries will have the opportunity to fill up their order books, consolidate their professional network, and meet with leading industry players," read a statement from the organiser. "Those who have already confirmed their presence include heavyweights of publishing and digital distribution, but also champions of emerging business models."
