GDC Game Developers Choice awards releases nominees

GDC’s Game Developers Choice Awards is returning in March for the 17th time and will be hosted, again, by Double Fine’s Tim Schafer. It’ll go ahead on March 1st, 2017 and has now released it’s official nominees list.

Overwatch has a strong showing here, as it has in pretty much every awards event and game of the year list since it’s release. It’s up here for Best Audio, Best Design, Best Technology, Best Visual Art and Game of the Year.

Other Game of the Year nominees include: Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Overwatch, Inside, Dishonored 2, Firewatch.
