Indie Royale launched its St. Patrick’s Day bundle yesterday, and has already sold over 22,000 copies.
The sales platform, backed by IndieGames.com and digital download service Desura, is a relative newcomer to the indie bundle market, but has managed to show consistent sales with new bundles launched every two weeks or so.
Indie Royale uses a unique pricing scheme in which customers can lower the minimum price for others by paying more, and are rewarded with additional content.
The previous record number of bundles sold is 36,000 for the first royal offering, and with only one day gone of five, the St. Patrick’s Day bundle is on course at least to come in a close second.
This packaged deal includes Hard Reset, Jolly Rover, Vertex Dispenser, DLC Quest, and for those who pay more than the minimum, Lair of the Evildoer.
