Google has revamped its streaming device Chromecast with better compatibility for video games.

Developers can now add functionality that allows Chromecast users to stream their games to the TV and use their smartphone or tablet as a controller for the game, according to GamaSutra.

This can be built into both Android and iOS games, and is similar to Apple’s Airplay.

Google announced a range titles that will be compatible with the new Chromecast, including Just Dance Now, Monopoly Dash, Angry Birds Go!, Driver: Speedboat Paradise, WGT Golf and more.
