Every developer is now eligible to apply for the NYU Game Center Incubator initative.

Previously limited to graduates, the programme was recently bolstered by $450,000 in funding from the local Empire State Development organisation.

Game Center runs from June 6th to September 2nd and will offer those accepted a living wage for its course, plus mentorship from its advisory board and faculty.

The course is focused on promoting experimental projects close to completion, offering support to devs looking to get their game over the finish line to release.

Assistance includes help with marketing, legal, financial and other business-related factors involved in launching.

Past titles to emerge from the incubator include Beglitched, winner of the Student Award at this year’s IGF.

Applications are open until April 24th.
