“Tom Hall is a natural creative leader,” said PlayFirst CEO Marco DeMiroz.
“He brings great energy and incredible design vision and skills to the team, and his promotion is a recognition of his major contributions to our success in a very short timeframe.”
Hall has previously worked as creative director at Loop Drop, before forming his own studio Pieces of Fun and running a Kickstarter campaign for game creation tool Worlds of Wander.
Prior to that, the development veteran worked on a number of titles including Doom, Wolfenstein and Commander Keen, as well as a plethora of other titles.
