Apple’s rumoured in production iPad 3 will launch in March, according to reports.
Speaking to Bloomberg, three sources allegedly claimed that manufacturing partners in Asia have ramped up production on the tablet.
They added that the tablet will feature a quad-core chip and come with a higher resolution screen than its predecessor, and better than some high-definition televisions.
They also claimed that the smartphone will work on a faster wireless network, called long-term evolution, LTE, to give users faster access to data.
A spokeswoman for the company did not comment on the story.
The latest rumour follows a report by DigiTimes last month that the iPad was “set to launch in four months”.
