Sony is set to demonstrate the latest version of its motion controller prototype at this year’s Game Developers Conference in March.
The unveiling will give a rare public presentation of the unfinished peripheral, which was first unveiled at last year’s E3 event.
Sony has booked an hour-long sponsored session for the demonstration, set to be hosted by SCEA’s platform research manager David Coombes, as well as SCEA developer support operator Kirk Bender.
The sponsored session – entitled ‘Introducing the PlayStation Motion Controller’ – takes place on March 11 at 3PM PST.
The session was confirmed by organisers Think Services as part of a package of new GDC speaker announcements.
