UK studio Sumo Digital has signed on for the upcoming Games Britannia festival.
The Sheffield-based Sega All-Stars Racing developer is to give attendees a chance to grab a sneak peek into its latest projects.
Developers from the studio will also provide students with feedback on their portfolios and advice on how to get into the games industry.
Studio head Paul Porter will also delivery a keynote at the opening of the festival on July 2nd.
“It’s fantastic to be able to support an event like Games Britannia and help to inspire the next generation of videogame talent,” said Porter.
“Sheffield has a long history of game development, which allows Sumo to draw upon a large, experienced talent pool. But we’re always interested in spotting and developing new talent as well.”
The conference – taking place in Yorkshire and centred around the Magna Science Adventure Centre - brings together the industry with youngsters and educators with a view to enthuse the next generation of games sector talent.
