Israeli-based mobile developer also has more than 40m monthly active users in kids market

TabTale tops one billion downloads

TabTale, a company that specialises in games and apps for children, has racked up more than one billion downloads across all its titles.

The developer and publisher, based in Israel’s Tel Aviv, has more than 350 titles for Android and iOS. These encompass a variety of genres but all are aimed at the kids market.

In addition to the 1bn downloads, VentureBeat reports that the firm has more than 40m monthly active users that regularly download and interact with TabTale apps.

“This milestone is an incredible new benchmark for our company,” said co-founder and CEO Sagi Schliesser. “TabTale’s philosophy centers on the family experience, which we strive to be a part of on a global scale for kids and parents everywhere.

“Reaching one billion downloads is a huge affirmation of our overall mission, as well as the tremendous reputation we’ve worked so hard to cultivate with our target audiences over the years; it’s a true testament to the loyalty of our users.”
