Embattled publisher THQ has plotted a multi-year game release schedule in a bid to calm investor nerves.
But last night the publisher, which is currently threatened with a stock delisting, announced a net loss of $56 million for the last three months of 2011.
THQ is to lay off some 240 workers as part of a cost cutting operation. Last year the publisher closed down several games studios based in the US, Australia and the UK.
It had been rumored that the group was considering axing its entire 2014 line-up – speculation that the firm moved quickly to deny.
In a further move to dispel fears, THQ’s executive team last night listed its next seventeen projects, claiming that none had been cancelled.
