Ubisoft hire quartet of Telltale Games talent

Ubisoft have hired a quartet of Telltale Games talent for its San Francisco outfit, bringing across a group of employees with experience working on some of Telltale Game’s biggest franchises: Minecraft: Story Mode, Tales from the Borderlands, The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us.

Ubisoft has hired Dennis Lenart, Nick Herman, Pierre Shorette and Adam Sarasohn for unspecified roles, stating only that the group will be contributing to future projects.

Lenart previously worked at Telltale for nine years, working on direction and cinematics for critically acclaimed The Walking Dead, before working on Minecraft: Story Mode as the series creative director.

Shorette worked on Tales from the Borderlands as the head of writing on the game, following this up by writing the second season of The Walking Dead. In his role as director of writing for Telltale, he was involved in shaping the writing across each of Telltale’s projects. Herman joined Telltale 11 years ago, and contributed to several of the studios franchises, most recently as the creative director of Tales from the Borderlands.

Sarasohn joined Telltale in 2012, and worked as the producer on Walking Dead and an executive producer on Tales from the Borderlands. Before Telltale, Sarasohn worked at Ubisoft for four years as an associate producer and producer.
