Games engine vendor Unity will launch the 2011 edition of its popular Unite conference in September, the company has said.
Unite 11 marks the firm’s fifth annual developer conference, and will be held September 28th to 30th at the Masonic Center in San Francisco.
The set-up remains the same, Unity said, with three days of learning on offer, complete with hands-on class tutorials, technical sessions and networking parties.
A call for speakers is open until June 24th.
The event will also host the annual Unity Awards ceremony, of which more details will be announced soon.
“Unite 10 was a great conference for us,” said Jesse Schell, CEO of Schell Games.
“Being able to hear from and talk with so many different Unity developers all in one place saved us a ton of time – it was definitely worth the trip!”
