The legacy of doomed Hollywood games publisher Brash lives on: the firm's Prison Break-based TV tie-in game is to see the light of day after the developer of the game decided to self-fund it.
In 2007, Brash signed up Slovenian outfit Zootfly to develop the game - but the game was cancelled just as the publisher went bust.
However Zootfly, unshackled from the Brash execs, decided to keep at the game and have now secured a publishing deal with Koch's Deep Silver label that will see it released at the end of the year.
The show recently finished its four year run in the US and the UK.
"The cancellation was a blessing in disguise because we got to spend more time on the key gameplay features and get rid of the half-baked ideas Brash management pushed on us," Zootfly CEO Bostjan Troha told the LA Times.
