Don’t like the BioShock Infinite cover? Vote for a better one

Earlier this week, Ken Levine addressed complaints that the final packshot for BioShock Infinite is too generic.

The series creator explained the art choice away with a salad dressing metaphor, but there are still those that demand something a little less conventional than the usual ‘man with gun’. Levine has the solution.

The developer has announced BioShock Infinite will be released with a reversible cover. And since gamers know best, he’s letting them choose the alternative packshot.

If you head on over to the official site for BioShock studio Irrational Games, you’ll find a poll with six heavily stylised options for a new front cover. Gamers have until Wednesday, December 19th to vote on their favourite design.

And if none of them take their fancy, Levine has promised to offer more alternate covers in future, which will be available to download and print.

BioShock Infinite is due for release on March 26th. Now with two covers.
