Dovetail Games adds two new heavyweights to its senior management team

Dovetail Games, known for their Train Simulator game and other detailed sim games, has named two experienced appointments to its senior management team.

The two new appointments come as Dovetail looks to grow with the launch of its own online platform, Dovetail Live, aimed at becoming the go-to for simulation fans and it’s already secured a multi-million pound investment from Alcuin Capital Partners to make this happen.

The new appointments are Lizzie Wilding and Simon Bull, who have nearly two decades of experience each in the video games sector.

Wilding will be joining the team as the VP of publishing, bringing experiences from her roles with Gremlin, EA, NaturalMotion, Jagex, Codemasters and Sony. She’s been working in a variety of senior marketing roles of late, and will be bringing this knowledge to Dovetail.

Bull on the other hand will be taking on the role of Flight Business Director, taking control of Dovetail’s growing flight simulator sector. He has a decade of experience at EA, but has also worked with Trion World and NCSoft in recent years. Bull’s job is set to expand with Dovetail’s agreement with Microsoft to build upon the Microsoft Flight Simulator technology.
