EA launches NFS Autolog app

Electronic Arts has released an app based around the Need For Speed Autolog.

The Autolog feature debuted in the recently released Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit and enables gamers to directly compare their best times and scores – essentially creating a dedicated social network for the game.

The new app allows NFS owners to access that network from their iPhone or iPad. They can browse through their own stats or those of their friends through profile pages, as well as exchanging messages and photos.

Autolog will also generate recommendations on which challenges and in-game events consumers should play. These are based on their own play style and their friends’, informing gamers whenever someone beats their best times.

Finally, a news section will keep them up to date with the latest information and updates from NeedForSpeed.com.
