DeMoN, Raven and eyyou out of Fnatic’s Dota 2 team

Jimmy "DeMoN" Ho, Marc Polo "Raven" Luis Fausto and Nico "eyyou" Barcelon have all been dropped from the Fnatic Dota 2 team after failing to reach the Boston Major.

The three players joined the squad after The International, aiming to combine the best players from two of the best performing SEA teams. After a decent early start the team never managed to put any consistent results together, and failed to reach the Boston Major, losing out in the SEA qualifiers.

This leaves only Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung and Chong Xin "Ohaiyo" Khoo signed to the team, with the rebuild expected to take place after the upcoming Major.

“The change within the team was inevitable with all of our results,” said DeMoN. “Plans did not work out as they were intended and it’s time to start a new chapter. Thank you Fnatic for giving me the opportunity but now I’ll be open as a free agent and looking for a new team. With that being said, I’m now moving back to the USA.”

“First of all I would like to thank the whole Fnatic team and management for the opportunity that they’ve given to me, even though we didn’t get a good result for the past 2 months of playing as a team,” said eyyou. “I am very thankful for all the experience and knowledge that the team gave me as an individual ingame and outside the game. I wish all the best for everyone.”
