Denis ‘Seized’ Kostin departs Na’Vi CS:GO roster

Denis ‘Seized’ Kostin has departed from Natus Vincere’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster, and will be replaced in forthcoming ESL Pro League matches against North and GODSENT by Aleksey ‘1uke’ Zimin from Spirit Academy.

This comes from a post on Russian social media site VK.com, but the news isn’t surprising after Kostin was expected to leave the team in July when Ladislav ‘GuardiaN’ Kovács departed, but then ended up remaining with the team after Danylo ‘Zeus’ Teslenko returned just a few weeks later.

Kostin joined the team in 2013, and has had two grand final losses with Na’Vi: one at MLG Columbus in 2016 and one at the Dreamhack Open Cluj-Napoca in 2015. However in recent weeks the team has been struggling somewhat, dropping out of ESL One New York and ELeague CS:GO in the group stages. They also failed to earn a wild card spot for EPICENTER next week after being defeated by Vega Squadron in the CIS closed qualifier finals.

There’s no information on where Kostin will go next.
