FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Championship Series to be broadcast on French TV channel Canal+ Sports

The Canal Esports Club has announced that it plans to stream the FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Championship Series European finals on it website and show highlights on the Canal+ Sports TV channel.

The competition takes place in Paris on February 4th. Europe’s best Ultimate Team players will be battling it out for a spot in the world finals, which are due to take place in Berlin later in the year. $100,000 is also up for grabs at the event.

Canal will stream all of the action on Twitch and its website, before compiling the highlights of the tournament that will be broadcast on the Canal+ Sports TV channel.

This is of course not the first time that France has shown a massive interest in competitive FIFA. French football clubs have been some of the biggest investors in the scene and the biggest football division in the country is starting up its own competitive FIFA league.
