Finalists announced for the Women in Games Awards

The finalists for the Women in Games Awards have been announced, including those in the brand new eSports Contender category.

For the first time at the awards the brightest female stars in the world of eSports are being honoured. Members from every corner of the industry have been nominated, with the panel narrowing the list down to just seven finalists. The winner will be announced at the Women in Games Awards, which are due to take place at the Cavendish Conference Centre in London on May 19th.

Other categories include New Development Talent, Creative Impact, Rising Star, Businesswoman of the Year, Career Mentor, Outstanding Contribution and Breakthrough Talent.
