Groups for the Call of Duty Global Pro League have been drawn

The draw for the Call of Duty Global Pro League has taken place and we know know what the four groups look like.

The Red Group has arguably the most interesting match ups, as we get to see a rematch of last year’s CoD Champs final between Team EnVyUs and Splyce. Rounding out the Red Group is inconsistent NA team Cloud9 and Mindfreak, the sole ANZ representative.

The Blue Group should also house some great matches as FaZe Clan, Rise Nation, Fnatic and Evil Geniuses are all playing. This has the potential to be one of the most competitive groups and the fight to avoid the relegation tournament will be fierce.

The Yellow Group contains surprise of the season eUnited, alongside Luminosity Gaming, Millenium and Epsilon eSports.

Finally the Green Group conveniently features OpTic Gaming, Red Reserve, Enigma6 and Elevate.

Each group will play over the course of a weekend, with the top two teams making it to the playoff stage. The third place team will keep their spot in the league for Season 2 while the last pace team will have to play in the relegation tournament.

The first group kicks off on April 21st, with the final group starting on May 12th. Playoffs will kick off on May 25th.
