GAME has more stock of Xbox One available to order tonight, if you’re quick.
Go into one of the 300 GAME shops open at midnight and fans can pick up the ‘Epic bundle’, which is the more expensive set filled with accessories and games.
That’s not all, as we revealed yesterday, GAME has a limited number of Day One editions of Xbox One available from GAME’s Boxpark store (aka, the Xbox shop). And those that get it will also receive an invite to the exclusive Xbox One launch party this very evening.
Meanwhile, for all its other pre-order customers, GAME has promised to get them their consoles before Christmas.
Here’s the full statement from GAME category director Charlotte Knight: Tonight will be a once-in-a-lifetime event. We have worked side-by-side with Microsoft in all our planning and have secured good levels of Xbox One stock and we are working hard to fulfil our pre-order customer orders.
We’re delighted to announce that we will also have limited amounts of free stock of the Epic bundle across our stores tonight – an incredible deal that includes some of the key games, accessories and add-ons you need for the ultimate Xbox One experience at launch. Anyone wanting to get their hands on one of these great Xbox One bundles should come in at midnight and talk to our expert in-store teams. There is massive demand and stock is limited so shoppers will have to be quick – the Xbox One is a must-have Christmas gift and we know the stock is going to fly off the shelves. There is simply more demand than there is stock in the UK!”
That’s not all. We’re also giving gamers the chance to get their hands on the extremely limited Day One Edition of the Xbox One – we have a very small number of additional Day One consoles available at our BOXPARK store. Any customers lucky enough to get there in time will also get a money-can’t-buy invite to the VIP Xbox One launch party in the evening and experience a part of gaming history.
We’re continuing to work with Microsoft to fulfil all our other pre-order customers’ orders as stock arrives for their individual orders. We’re currently guaranteeing any Xbox One pre-orders will be fulfilled before Christmas and right now our focus is on the best possible midnight launch night at over 300 of our stores around the country.
