Gem commences social media push

Leading UK distributor Gem has officially launched new services on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

It intends to use these new channels to connect with customers, as well as highlight new promotions and market data.

The decision to launch onto these platforms has been in discussion for some time but, as demand for our marketing services at Gem is dramatically increasing, it was clear to see it was something we had to do, especially with the peak period almost upon us,” head of marketing Katie Rawlings stated.

It will form part of our unique service offering, ensuring that customers are fully up to speed with what is happening at Gem, Gem Logistics, Gem Creative and Gem’s own brand Exspect which will also be launching onto its own pages later in the month.”
